Notes of The Heart
Behind long stories, there are short words that reach deeper. Heart Notes is a quiet space for quotes, poems, and reflections born from pain, love, loss, and the quiet strength of a woman. It’s a part of me I can’t always express through long narratives — but I can leave it here, in simple words that are still honest.

✨ The Day I Spoke to My Younger Self
I know you're tired.
I know you once hoped someone would see you.
But no one ever truly came.
They thought you were too sensitive.
Too quiet. Too strange. Too much crying.
But I’m here now.
I’m the grown-up version of you —
the one you used to imagine while hiding behind that door.
I’m real, and I believe you.
You were never “too much.”
You just wanted to be loved.
And that is not a sin.
If only I could hold you back then,
I would’ve said:
“It’s okay to be afraid.
It’s okay to be fragile.
Because what you needed… wasn’t strength —
it was a hug.”
Today, I write this
not because the wound has healed —
but because I’ve finally found the courage to admit it was there.
